Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide from our studio in the Sunshine Coast, Australia.
All parcels sent with Australia Post are registered and parcels sent internationally are tracked.
I’ve ordered a painting, when will my order be sent?
All artist proof paintings are custom printed then handcrafted, embellished and signed especially for you. This process makes each artist proof painting unique.
How are the paintings packaged?
Unframed paintings are handled with great care and are rolled safely into a reinforced cardboard
Delivery Estimates (within Australia)
Please note: See above for artist proof painting lead times. These estimates are for delivery after your painting has arrived in the studio for embellishment. All other items in stock will be sent within 48hrs of receiving your order. Please allow time for internal pick, pack and lodgement process on Express parcels. Selecting Express doesn’t mean it will always leave the same day upon making the purchase.
Standard QLD Delivery: 3 – 7 Business Days
Standard NSW/ACT Delivery: 4 – 6 Business Days
Standard VIC Delivery: 5 – 8 Business Days
Standard WA Delivery: 9 – 13 Business Days
Standard SA Delivery: 6 – 8 Business Days
Standard TAS Delivery: 7 – 9 Business Days
Standard Delivery Rural areas: 8 – 15 Business Days

In some cases we can do a rush order – please email roseanne@neshamahshines.com with your request and we will respond as quickly as we can.
Can I track my item?
Yes. Once we have posted your item, we will send you a courtesy email and/or to confirm shipment. You will also receive a tracking number and shipping updates via email from Australia Post.
I ordered from your shop but I haven’t received any email updates?
Please check for order confirmations and updates. If you still can’t find anything please email roseanne@neshamahshines.com and you’ll hear from us asap.
